The other factors, such as color, material, or placement of the hair accessories, do not inherently affect the safety of the players. Bright colors, plastic materials, or wearing accessories outside of hair don’t necessarily correlate with safety hazards, which is why they are not part of the core criteria for allowing hair accessories in the game. The emphasis on risk minimization ensures that the gameplay remains safe and enjoyable for all participants.
